SuperSooks Pb tonight 5:02.7 Getting closer to that 5 minutes! Went off way to fast, about at 73 first lap, should be aiming more for about 78 I think! great race, ran with the Junior girls, was chasing down Jade. Bad lactic acid in forearms for last 1.5-2 laps.
