Wimbledon Common Time Trial

Gobi Cover me, were going in hot!!!!!!!! I should be tapping 100 miles for the week, will have done a hard session Thursday and Friday. Will I go for it anyway? YES I WILL. *******UPDATE********** I was beaten by the wind and the rain of previous days. Course was a little muddy. Considering the mileage I have done the 3.26 last Km on the hard pack showed that I am strong. Soon my 5K pb will tumble!!!!!!!!!

Rach E Running for the third week in a row. Have PB'd on last two outings. I wonder if I can again...***UPDATE*** Apologies to all who bet on me but I lost 30 seconds (and my PB) on the first lap of the two lap course as I had to stop and wait for 10 horses to walk across the course. First mile was 6:33(!) because of the horses! I was second lady this week and still had an enjoyable outing.
