Homer Just to stretch out the marathon legs again - no attempt at a PB UPDATE...very very happy..didn't push at al and finished well :-)

RunningBob Post marathon so ran this as a steady tempo with no sprint finish. Really nice undulating course but the mudbath finish in the field isn't sensible in wet weather.
