Dochart Dry, cool and - unsually - no wind made for perfect conditions and although some way from my best I was pleased the ankle stood up to it. Rather more trainee Neds about than usual - maybe they were attracted by the beach racing get-in. Fun if rather meaningless sprint finish. Slight negative split 18:08 / 17:51. 119/237

Unicorn Every mile was sub 6:00 by my Garmin, but total race distance was 5.07 miles, so I ended up 7 secs over the 30 mins for the race distance! 5 miles was completed in 29:47 by my watch. Quite annoyed.
