LukeStur Great race - thankfully my sprained ankle healed in the nick of time. Procession start to the race which probably lost us 30-45 secs in first mile. Settled into sub 6 min miles on the flat, and tried to hold the pace up the hills 2nd hill took it out of me and noticed my pace slowing to about 6:20. Ave 6:12/m for the race (9.32miles on garmin) Came 5th!
