SuperSooks Was bang on a PB for first 4 laps, then lost it a bit. Very different to my usual SWL track races as surrounded by people of similar pace and got stuck behind a fractionally slower runner, next time I need to just overtake people and not sit behind nor sit out in 2nd lane, with hindsight I think I should just have tried to stick with L rather than trying to be bang on my splits and worrying that if I did try and run with her it would mean I was going too fast.
