Ands Not too bad, still didnt feel as comfy as normal, maybe should have been nearer 22. Usually hardly any women running - one year I brought 5 mates, and there were 12 women in th whole race! This year there were quite a few more. Having a rest now unti the Cross country relays in October, races in November.

Grey Badger 2nd 5k race. I'll try not to go off to fast this time. Had a good race started off slower than at Elswick 5k and tucked in behind a couple of runners who are faster than me and used them to pace me around. Finished 24th 2nd m45 and won a prize so i'm well chuffed.
