Flat Out Fi It was good to see some of the Striders following the awful events from earlier this week. We had a 1 minutes silence before the start of the race and Toby said a few lovely words about James. It was good to be there together and support each other. I was pleased to finish 3rd lady. Not that that really mattered today, what mattered was being with my lovely club and appreciating the fact that we are lucky we can run.
