vix84 training has been appalling so far due to a combination of injury and finals exams so just completing this will be a major acheivement!! **UPDATE** well, that was hard! a combination of the poor training, really hilly course and being sick in a bush at 10 miles meant that i started slowly and got slower! oh well, lesson learnt, but at least i made it round! :-)
