The Belly Is Gaun Tae Get Ye Great course around the woods. Used to run in there when I stayed in Glasgow. Seemed a bit apprehensive in the wet conditions therefore held back a bit. Some longish hills and the steps brought average pace down. Legs beginning to complain a bit now.

Torbeg Trotter Great wee race up hill and down dale in Dawsholm woods. Two and a 1/2 laps with a challenging climb (for the unfit i.e. me). Well marked and marshalled course - thanks due to the `cubes. Last race in series tomorrow night - 10k
