ChrisU My 6th race in 7 days. So was fairly pleased to finish 5th in about 36:10.

ian9657 my 3rd 10k of the week and my best time, despite the course being a wee bit long at 6.4 miles and me holding back for a bit in the middle as I have a long 19 mile run on Sunday. Happy with my race and time. Well done to Sputnic for great race nd to wyl e who got a SB.

wil e coyote Inside my target time but could have been much better. 1st half in 21.31 and felt comfortable. 2nd half 23.05 so lost about 40s per mile. Although felt reasonable until final 'climb' thorugh Poloc park so last mile and a bit would take the average down. Much more pleasing as general fitness felt better and fastest for around 18 months.... just another 8 mins to find!! Great wee event. Will defo do next year.
