Club		 PB SB Pred Time WAVA
paskha 27th Half / 2nd Torbay Half. Having run Sticker 5 last night really slowly I DID feel fine for this - and the course had changed and was slightly easier. But I had a pit-stop in mile 3 (thanks to the hotel I was very grateful!) where I lost over 3 mins ... it was hot, windy and hard
