Ally2 4:28.4 in mile race. Came 7th out of 12. good group of 10 in steady 68 first lap and slow 70 2nd lap tucked in in 5th place with first 2 way ahead. It quickened badly in last 800m and ended with a 63 last lap (2:10 last 800m). not overtaken in last 300m so pleased against some notts whipper snappers.
