SPKoF this was on th 28th, not 27th. The route was changed due to the snow and very wind conditions making it 9.3 miles & 1700 ft of ascent. Didnt have a lot in my legs after the XC champs the day before but cant complain too much. Long Eaton Running Club 1:13:49 1:40:44 43.51
