Born to run Have only managed to train 5 -6 times since the last RP 10k in October so not bad really. Deade even half splits as well

Listy Really hard work but I'm chuffed to bits with that. Must have entered my prediction after a few glasses of wine one night as I wasn't expecting to manage that. Made a huge difference having monki pace me.
