southcoastclaret Very pleased. Legs felt fairly flat during first couple of k's, so was a bit worried, but settled, and whilst never felt comfortable, did feel able to keep going pretty well. Beat Dave - pulled level at 2k, dropped a bit, and then passed at top of a hill about 4km, beat by about 30s. Mile splits 6:41, 6:51, 6:51, 6:56, 6:50, 6:49 so pretty even pacing. Nice flat course, a little wet and pretty windy.
