SparkyMark initial propblems with PF wore off after 2k and settled into a rhythm. Then club mate tapped me on shoulder and waved as he passed. So spurred me on. tracked him for a while, then passed him at 7k and pushed on. long finish on grass, down hillish, but did not notice much as the last 1.5k was uphill!
