Gasheader Well Ive got my number , have taken it easy since Thursdays race , Still a bit sore today so not sure what to expect tomorrow. Will give it my best shot but would be surprised if I ran quicker than Thursday........ Well im consistant running same as last thursday , was quick with the wind behind me but lost a lot of time to the headwind. good race and felt strong at the end.

Lisrun Course alongside the river Tees and the only climbs are up to the bridges. I won't be pushing myself on this race, so it won't be a pb. *After* Went well, time was affected by wind which made the middle 5K quite tough

philbo Disappointed at first with my time , but on reflection conditions in mid race could of been better, quite a strong breeze so ain't gonna beat my self up over it , got round in one peace and every thing still working so job done , back next year ( time from garmin ).
