Buzzards Sis This turned out to be a 6K race (Sorry Old Mum - I tried really hard to get home under 30, I was under when I had gone 5K) It was also incredibly hilly - in fact, it there was really no flat at all, just up and down hill, ankle deep in smelly mud!!! Great fun! I turned it into my long run and ran home afterwards. A good days' running. Am going to re-enter this to get my 6K pb registered.

Kirsty This was REALLY fun - proper cross country with lots of mud and hills. Afterwards I went to the other side of Wimbledon Common to watch the men's race which had a far less exciting course. Nice tea and cakes in the clubhouse though...
