Club		 PB SB Pred Time WAVA
festerarl Flat course 3.75 laps of Emberton Park, a little muggy and set a PB by 1m31s, even so disappointed not to break 45min. Ran with Russell and beat him at the end but could have done with someone pushing me just a bit more to get under 45m. 22m 11s for first 5k, 23m 07s for 2nd - last lap slowed down too much. Achilles a little sore before and after, but now working every day on it.
