Debbie G Did not seem to be an accurately measured course ! Garmin was short :-) Lack of training for this race meant my team colleagues were far in front and I knew there was no way of catching them - hopefully I'll be back to full fitness soon

charmaine Great venue and good course, was a good race overall and felt relieved that the ladies did not have to do 12km as I think I would have struggled, well done to the men.

Lills 6KM cross country race. This race was more serious than I thought, and having not run for ages, I thought I could go gently today. However, I was in real danger of coming last, so despite being ill, I had to run harder than I wanted to. Fortunately I didn't come last, although I was nearly last, I think all the faster runners were out in force, I could easily have been so humiliated. Note to self: don't do this race when feeling ill, and don't do this race until I get faster! Lovely day, but felt awful.
