Gus This is my work's fun event. The idea is that we all cross the finish line about the same time. Each entrant makes a guess on how fast (or slow) they will run 5k and whoever gets closest to their predicted time is the winner. The golden shoe goes to the biggest fibber, (i.e. worst guess for time!) Last year I just missed out by guessing that I would run slower, but I managed to get 2:31 over the time this year due to having flu, first out last in. But the support as everyone else ran past was great and the cheer once I got to the line was brilliant:) It doesn't matter how fast or slow we are as long as we are having fun.
