Smile2 love this little race even if it is not a pber, changed strategy to follow fellow team member, she suggested starting out slower..... doesn't really work for me.... not a great time but got my racing mojo right back which is just what the doctor ordered now I have to knuckled down and focus, fellow harrier did her 5k trial much faster in the week indicating that this was much tougher than DA ( target race ) still no exuses must try harder next time - I was rubbish :)
