Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,

Banny A lovely run around Stockley Park and it's golf course. Also 1 minute off of my personal best. Can't be bad. Very warm again today it seemed that although there weer many bushes and trees, nearly the whole race was in sunshine. It was good though. It could have started so much better though. After just yards of the start some body trod on my foot causing me to yelp and I thought I had twisted my ankle again. I carried on and I did run it off ok this time, thanks to those who showed concern at the time.
I seemed to be at half pelt around the route but that is generally me being conservative when I don't know a route. I am sure I can get much faster, I actually sprinted the few hundred metres. I actually have spilts this time 7.35 15.19 26.14 33.29, that makes a change although 3 miles looks odd!
Happy with that. Jog wat ch - 100+

BigEvilC Entered race on day. 1st 5 mile race done. Just can't resist 'em. Pleasantly warm weather and nice off road undulating course. Miles 2-3 were a bit on the up hill side of undulating but not too bad. Turn out of about 100 was about right for the course so nor bunching. Aimed to get under 7 mm average , so that was achieved. Now can go for a PB on a flat 5 miler next.

Waveydavey Slowed after 2 miles. Heat and early pace were too much.
