Gibster Sunday - first running of the Stainland 7 in 12 years and ran a grat proportion of the race with Steve Turner, at least up to 4 miles. Ran reasonably well considering I had completed my marathon traiining the previous day. Had to say in a funny kind of way I enjoyed the race.
