RYAN_M I would love to get a new PB! Im not sure if the speed over distance is there just yet but I'll give it a go!! Previous PB is 29:30 but I have covered 5 miles in 27:44 in training!! :o) POST RACE NOTES - A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED WITH TIME, MAYBE CAUSE I WAS SOOO CLOSE TO 26MINS BUT IT WAS A TOUGH WEE COURSE. DECENT PERFORMANCE AND A PB!!
