Rach E Southern Women's League (Bournemouth). Plan was to race this and run as fast as needed to win. Salisbury runner went off very fast (31 sec first 200m!) and I let her go. Realised I was reeling her in after 3 laps, kicked with 500m to go and won by 6 secs. Very happy with race.

SuperSooks Felt like I ran faster than this! I felt much more in the groove than last month so was hoping to have beaten last months time by more than 5 seconds...oh well something to improve on!
