Blister Well that was a crap run, just couldn't get going, breathing was too heavy from the start and legs felt tired and stiff and I just felt flat really. So I ended up jogging around a good 6 seconds slower than my PB. It was pretty windy too which really didn't help. The winner only did 4:25, which is really were I should be at the moment but after just 200m he left me for dust and I couldn't even hold onto the 2 guys behind him and ended up running pretty much on my own so perhaps I slowed too much in the middle because of that - oh well I'll just have to make up for it next week. Finished 4th with official time of 4:41.30. See my blog for full report.
