Runner Without a Clue Bad hip and a few hills, in fact felt up hill quite a bit of the way - all cross country - not used to grass and ruts etc :( sorry to those who bet on me, didn't realise the run would be like this...but it was still enjoyable and there is hope... given this time on a mad terrain course Friday's race round Hyde Park should def be a pb !!
