sanddancer This was at 5km according to my Garmin 305. According to the trackside markers, I'd already reached 5km about 10 seconds or so earlier. Compares favourably with my 5k PB given that: (i) I'd run a 5 mile PB the day before; (ii) I still had another 5km to go!
