Mr Chops My first time for this race. Didn't realise it was going to be all Cross country/trail and it was just as well I had my old 500 mile trainers on as they got filthy. Not a very well publicised event which would account for me finishing in 17th place. A scenic route with some testing terrain. Some narrow sections made overtaking difficult though. The small entry made every lost and gained position feel more significant than in larger races.
