Lisrun Never done this one before. All off road so it should be fun. Will take it easy as I have Darlington next day. *Update* Lovely course on track, path, lawn, field and just a little road. Small and gentle climbs. The race started and finished at the Sedgefileld show field. A bit warm, but I was pleased with my time in the circumstances. I will do this one again
