claire@craigens Well this one was alot harder than first anticipated, went a walk round with Avryl early on and it looked not too bad, however due to the lovely weather we had been having in the few days before the ground was very soft and by the time we came to running some bits were very slippy, and heavy underfoot. Overall though I had a gd run and finished with a time of 35 mins which Im quite pleased with, felt like i had more in the tank so plenty of room for improvement. Im just really glad that's the last xc for a wee while!!!

ClaireT A new PB by 43s. Started off conservatively and gradually increased the pace throughout. Nice to pick people off along the way instead of getting overtaken! Felt really strong in the last K so maybe I could have notched it up a bit earlier on.
