radioworx Never ever run a race before. Got roped in at the last minute (I was only there to cheers some of our church's kids along) The open mile is for everyone, babies, granddads etc. Beautiful new track at Stirling Uni. I ran it an hour before to see what it was like. 8 and a half mins. So I reckoned I could do 8. Quite athrill. did 7.32. And cause it's my first time I get a PB!
