Sand Dancer 10k multi terrain race

Club		 PB SB Pred Time WAVA
Grey Badger Multi terrain race. Not sure how accurate the distance is. Course was shortened from last year but Amnitas Garmin says it was 10k so thats good enough for me. Got a PB by a few seconds so i am really pleased as i didn't feel like i was pushing myself that hard. Nice flattish course well run and well marshalled.

Jenson This was official time but started at back, so went a few seconds quicker. not going to quibble. That's a PB by nearly 3 mins. Friend got a PB too. Are we sure Aminita's Garmin was right?! Ha. Was a bit concerned I was going too quickly at times but seemed fairly comfortable and maybe could have pushed more. Enjoyable course (I love running on the Leas) and always nice to have happy marshalls.
