Andrew A 7 mile race in Leatherhead.Proceeds go to the local Samaritans.Hence the name, Sam 7.A fierce hill in the first mile,which we ran again as Mile 4 of the second lap, scuppered any hopes of my target time.Also, it was quite warm for September.The organisation of the race was excellent though: the best run race I have entered.Very friendly atmosphere too. PB because I've never run a 7 miler before.

Fishface Generally I run around 7:30min/mile pace - so happy with the time considering the hill at mile 1 ( and again at mile 4 ). Well organised and friendly race.
