Club		 PB SB Pred Time WAVA
Capricorn Absolutely thrilled - PB by 14 minutes and a GFA. Conditions were perfect - cool, no wind, sunny and the course completely flat. It was 2 laps of a 1/2 mara course, so things were a bit quiet and lonely on the 2nd lap. At 1/2 way I realised I was on for a GFA time and ended up with 8 minutes for the last km so I could enjoy it after that ! Sporadic, but very enthusiastic local support and a lovely course through the city and surrounding areas - with snow-capped mountains in the distance. I only saw one other GB entrant on the starting list. A fantastic w/end altogther in a really beautiful city.
