wrinty I ran this as a rather naive nineteen year old who just fancied a long run. I was still with the lead pack at three miles with the eventual winner recording about 66minutes. Even with blowing up as I did, this stands as my PB for the distance and one wonders what sort of time I could have recorded if I was a little more astute.
