RYAN_M So close to 34mins last time so Im going to give everything I have to try and dip into the 34mins on this one. **Race Notes** Absolutely gutted with this time, my legs just didnt have it today... Had a very comfortable first 5k but my energy just seemed to drain after that. Maybe Wednesdays fast 5k was still in my legs, no excuses though... poor performance!!
