No.8 ™ Managed to hold 6m/m pace throughout and also won the stage. Kudos to Alan1976 who was tactician, motivator and support rider extraordinaire.

Pricey Have not run over 17.5 miles since London Marathon so treated this as progressive long run. Started really easy and only pushed the pace in the last 8 miles, finishing very well (averaging under 6 min miles for last 6 miles). 2nd on the stage so am really pleased. 5.23m - 36:24 (HR 148) 11.7m (6.47m) - 42:07 (HR 154) 13.95m (2.25m) - 13:45 (HR 162) 19.6m (5.65m) - 33:49 (HR 169)
