hannkies Wee bit bit dissappointed when I finished as I don't think I ran particularly well to be honest although I had a look at previous results for this leg and it wasn't too bad. First time I've ran this leg which means I've now completed the island. Flat with a few undulations for the first 8 miles, then finishes with a steep 2 mile climb with no respite which is great fun ! Probably still lack a bit of fitness for this type of run, but another hopeful step in the right direction. Finished 5th, and top organised day as ever by Irvine AC.
