2 lapper on trail paths and mud when wet. Can be tight in several areas making keeping pace challenging. A couple of small hills, one that requires decent effort. Nice and scenic, plenty of parking.

lovely parkrun, mixed can be difficult to get passed at the start. Great café and warm welcome.

A trail sort of one lap course although you do repeat. Couple of parts. Can get muddy but was fine for Road shoes today. Toilets before and pay and display parking (2 hours £3 or All day £4).
