Deenzy Going for Sub 40. Close but no Cigar! Went through 5k with 20 seconds to spare but a bad mile 4 done for me! Not too bothered as it is just a matter of time before Sub 40 goal is achieved. The race itself was very no thrills, course was ok and fairly fast, but no water provided at the finish just a mince pie which is dead handy when your throat is like a camels arse!
