2 laps round edge of a run-down cafe, no facilities but friendly team

Grass, 2 laps, reasonably flat. As with most smaller runs, has a very friendly atmosphere. Very pretty park.

Nice to be able to run on good grass for the whole course although you could opt for the tarmac path for about half the route and it would get a bit muddier after rain. Good friendly route, nice to be at a smaller non crowded venue for a change.

In answer to @Dick it’s not a run-down cafe, but South Loughton Cricket Club. The club is open for refreshments from 10:00am.
