olde english wind, hills and sand, on reflection not ideal for chasing the mystical sub 40. next time.

Sammy Stag just started back hope to run 43 aftood hard weeks training not sure missed start started at back and worked way through also missed starting watch so started at 1km mark and ran 5,5 miles in 40min 12 mi

Spud-runner Very cold conditions and a delayed start but well marshalled (if a little unsupportive). Tough race with some fairly energy sapping gradients and headwinds. Started out on good pace for sub 40, but tailed off towards end. Still a new PB by 53 seconds though. :-) (8th) Thanks for the bets.
