happyrunner1 Start of the Winter Series - and yet it's 30 degrees! Really disappointed with my time today. Really should have got 46 mins at least, but I just couldn't get going any faster. I knocked 10 secs off but that isn't enough and doesn't reflect progress in training. What's annoyed me even more is that my taining partner smashed her PB and I couldn't see her for dust. Normally I beat her... this is not good.
