ceri It was hot! But smashing atmosphere - having been ill a couple of weeks ago and then taking it easy last week I was a little apprehensive about it but it was fine.

michelleski Well, this is what i'd be working for - run a distance of 5k without stopping. However having not experience running in heat, I was gobsmacked by the temperature that suddenly hit us! Ridiculous - and it sort of ruined my race! (I just dont do hot weather!!)
