Making_Tracks Wow a whole minute off my 5k PB, not bad considering how little running I've been doing since the marathon. Very proud of my daughter Hannah and her friend Emily; they ran 31 minutes which is incredible considering how little training and how hung over they were after their school leavers ball last night. Go Girls! A very special race :)
