Footpad Oh that was hard going! Off-road with boggy ground and a HOD at the end! Not far off a PB considering the last 10K was at Dorney Lake which is as flat as a hedgehog's back that't been run over by a 15tonne articulated lorry driven by a skinhead called Steve
