Jonny Extremely hot - 27 degrees at around 11.30am with glorious blue skies. Course was slightly different from last year, think I prefered last years course. Considering my injuries & subsequent lack of training I was reasonably pleased to get round without any niggles. Took it easy for the first half, feet became sore in the second half & walked/ ran my way to the finish. Put in an impressive sprint finish which showed I had plenty left in the tank. Hope next year I'm injury free & can train properly for a Pb attempt.
